What do I need to pack into boxes?
The rule of thumb is, If it fits in a box, then pack it in a box and we will take care of the rest.
Can you do the pre-packing of our goods into boxes?
Yes. We can pack your entire house, or we can simply help you finish off the job.
When do you do the pre-packing of the moving boxes?
Usually we do the pre-packing the day before your move unless there is only a minimal amount to pack then we can do the packing and move on the same day
What areas do you service for local moving and storage?
For local removals and storage Brisbane, The Gold Coast, SE Queensland and Ipswich are the areas we service.
How do your removals and storage work?
How it works is, we bring the storage container to you on our truck.
– We leave the storage container on our truck, and we load your furniture, etc. into the storage container.
– We then return to our storage facility where we forklift off your container to be stored until your new place is ready.
– Therefore, no double handling of your goods. (Saves time and money loading and unloading twice).
We also have 20-foot containers for self-storage where you bring your furniture and items into our yard and load the container yourself.
Where will my furniture be stored?
All our storage customers goods from all areas will be stored at 140 Sandy Creek Road Yatala QLD which is on the border of Brisbane and The Gold Coast.
Is your storage secure?
Yes, our storage facility is very secure. Our facility is 24/7 secured with 2 separate security systems using best quality CCTV Cameras. The Storage site is totally flood free, we are very high and dry so no need to worry about any flooding.
And because we use shipping containers for storage, there is no chance of fire getting to your goods like there would be if stored in a warehouse.
All storage container contents are insured for theft.
How long can I store my furniture with you for?
For as long or as short as you need. e.g., one day to 25 years.
Are you experienced?
Yes, very. We are a family owned and operated removals and storage business and have been since 1987. Our staff members are professionally trained, experienced, and most of our staff have been with us for many years. There is nothing we haven’t experienced before, and nothing is too much trouble.
What items are you not allowed to transport?
Highly flammable items and paint, e.g., Gas bottles full or empty, petrol and oils.
Do you have large removalists trucks?
Yes, we have 50m3 to 60m3 Pantech trucks (box body truck) as well as 20 Foot shipping container trucks with walk up boards for our local removals.
Are you able to move me out of a high-rise building?
Yes, we sure can.
Is insurance included in the removal price?
Yes all removal pricing includes insurance.

Can you do my furniture removals on the weekend?
Yes, we work on Saturdays by request, however overtime rates apply on Saturdays. Please contact us for more details.

How do I pay for your services?
Upon confirmation of your booking a $200 deposit is payable and assures your date and time allocation. On completion your removal charges to be paid in full less deposit by Visa, Mastercard or Cash.
